Wombats are large burrowing marsupials who carry their young in a pouch until they are about 6 months old. They are approximately 1 metre long (3-4 feet) adn can weigh up to 40 kgs (881lb.). They graze on grass and herbs, are mainly nocturnal and are found in south eastern states of Australia.

Wombats spiritually teach us to express ourselves assertively and to treat others as we would like to be treated.
