Jukurrpa is the Dreaming or creation law of Aboriginal Culture. It is a powerful word in many central Australian Aboriginal languages. The organisation, therefore, is appropriately named, representing artists from 10 language groups in Central Australia. They are all drawn together by their shared respect for the Jukurrpa and their desire to use contemporary media to depict their dreaming stories and imagery.
