Scott Rotumah is a proud Minjungbal man on his mother’s side and has family connections to Rotuma Island through his father’s side. An accomplished surfer and artist, Scott’s life has been shaped by a deep connection to the ocean, Country, and culture.
Growing up surrounded by beaches, rivers, and waterways, he developed a passion for both surfing and art, drawing inspiration from the natural beauty that surrounds him.
Each stone in this collection has been personally collected and hand-painted by Scott. Using dot art and contemporary Indigenous designs, he transforms natural stones into unique artworks that reflect the colours, stories, and spirit of the land and sea.
