Hailing from the Utopia Region of Central Australia, north of Alice Springs, her country is Atnwengerrp. Charmaine belongs to the Alyawarre and Anmatyerre language groups and shares a range of stories through her art, including Awelye (Women's Ceremony), Creation - Awelye and My Country.
