These beautiful painted and burnt boxwood clapsticks are made by craftsman Ossie Egan from the Mati Mati tribe in South West Victoria. They measure approx 24cm x 3-3.5cm
Clapsticks have been used for thousands and thousands of years to keep rhythm in song and dance.
We purchase Ossie's clapsticks, didgeridoos, bullroarers and emu callers directly from him.
Ossie is not longer making artefacts so these are the last we’ll ever have.
